WIBA:
With the barrier filter in the emission light path, only the fluorescence emitted by FITC is detected.
WIG:
Only fluorescence emitted by PI is detected (weak FITC excitation)
WIB:
FITC and PI are excites and both fluorescence emissions are simultaneously observed, because of a wide wavelength range on the emission side.
